Q: How long is one lesson? A: Each lesson is 45 minutes long.
Q: Can I use my 10 lessons over 2 months? A: Certainly, you have a maximum of three months to complete all 10 lessons. Obviously it would be of greater benefit for you if you have your lessons more often.
Q: I have scheduled a lesson with my teachers, but something has come up and I cannot attend the class. Can I reschedule the class? A: Yes, you can. However, you need to reschedule your class at least two hours before the commencement of your class, otherwise the class will be counted as having been completed.
Q: Can I use my mobile device – iPad or smartphone to study on ESL Tutor? A: Yes, you certainly can. As long as you have an internet connection on your device and either Google Hangouts or Skype installed.
